Head of Neuroscience and Neurorehabilitation Department at Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital in Rome.
Since several years he dedicated his activities in the understanding and treatment of pediatric epilepsies. He was President of the Italian League Against Epilepsy (LICE), Chair id the Advisory Council and Member of the Commission of European Affair of the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE). In the 2001 received the award of Ambassador for Epilepsy by ILAE. Has been President of Epilepsy Foundation of the Italian League Against Epilepsy. He is author of hundreds of publications on epilepsy.
